Information You Enter

Players may enter display names and create custom lists for use during games. This information is stored locally on the device and is used only to provide gameplay and customization features. LetsChat Ai LLC does not receive or store this information on its servers.

Local and Pass-and-Play Gameplay

Pick Panic! supports solo and local pass-and-play gameplay on a single device. Player names, selections, votes, scores, and results are processed on that device. This gameplay information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by LetsChat Ai LLC.

In-App Purchases

Pick Panic! offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases for additional custom-category slots. Payments and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store. LetsChat Ai LLC does not receive or store your payment-card number, billing address, or Apple Account password. Apple handles purchase information according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Advertising, Analytics, and Related Data

Pick Panic! uses Google AdMob to provide banner and interstitial advertising. Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, coarse location (such as location inferred from an IP address), advertising data, product-interaction data, and crash, performance, or other diagnostic data. Depending on your region and privacy choices, Google may use this information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, perform analytics, support app functionality, prevent fraud, and improve services.

LetsChat Ai LLC does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising or certain transfers to advertising partners as a “sale” or “sharing.” Where required, Pick Panic! presents consent or opt-out choices through Google's User Messaging Platform. Google processes information under Google's Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Choices

When required by applicable law, the app displays a privacy message that lets you consent, decline consent, or opt out of the sale or sharing of data for advertising. Available choices depend on your location. You may also be able to review or change your privacy choice from the app's settings. Resetting the app or device advertising settings may cause the privacy message to appear again.

Device Permissions

Pick Panic! does not require access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or local network for its current gameplay features. Advertising services may infer coarse location from network information without requesting precise-location permission.

Data Retention and Deletion

Player names, custom lists, and other saved gameplay preferences remain on the device until you remove them within the app, clear the app's data, or delete the app. Because Pick Panic! does not create user accounts or store this information on our servers, there is no server-side gameplay account or record for us to delete. Google retains and deletes advertising-related data according to its own policies and your available privacy choices.

Children's Privacy

Pick Panic! is a general-audience party game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to LetsChat Ai LLC, contact us so we can review the concern.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to keep the app safe and reliable. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features or privacy practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
