Pick Panic! is a party game operated by LetsChat Ai LLC. The app does not require an account and is designed to keep gameplay information on the device being used to play. We do not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or track users across apps or websites.
Information You Enter
Players may enter display names and create custom lists for use during games. This information is stored locally on the device and is used only to provide the app's gameplay and customization features. LetsChat Ai LLC does not receive or store this information on its servers.
Local and Pass-and-Play Gameplay
Pick Panic! supports local pass-and-play gameplay on a single device. Player names, selections, votes, scores, and results are processed on that device. This gameplay information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by LetsChat Ai LLC.
In-App Purchases
Pick Panic! offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases. Payments and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store. LetsChat Ai LLC does not receive or store your payment-card number, billing address, or Apple Account password. Apple handles purchase information according to Apple's Privacy Policy .
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Pick Panic! does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The app does not sell or rent personal information.
Device Permissions
Pick Panic! does not require access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or local network for its current gameplay features.
Data Retention and Deletion
Player names, custom lists, and other saved preferences remain on the device until you remove them within the app, clear the app's data, or delete the app. Because Pick Panic! does not create user accounts or store this information on our servers, there is no server-side account or gameplay record for us to delete.
Children's Privacy
Pick Panic! is a general-audience party game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to LetsChat Ai LLC, contact us so we can review the concern.
