Emergency and Safety Notice
LetsChat is not an emergency service. If you feel unsafe, unwell, or need urgent help, contact facility staff, family, emergency services, or a qualified professional immediately.
Facility Access Codes
If your facility gave you an access code, open LetsChat and go to Upgrade Plan, then enter the facility code. If the code does not work, check the spelling and contact your facility or LetsChat support.
Subscriptions and Restore Purchases
If you purchased Pro or Premium through the Apple App Store, billing is managed by Apple. In the app, use “Restore App Store Purchases” to restore an active subscription on the same Apple account.
To manage or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
Microphone or Call Mode Issues
If Call Mode cannot hear you, check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled for LetsChat in iOS Settings. You can also try closing and reopening the app.
Resetting App Data
You can delete and reinstall LetsChat to clear local app data on your device. An in-app local reset option may also be provided in a future version.
