These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LetsChat mobile app and related services provided by LetsChat AI LLC (“LetsChat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using LetsChat, you agree to these Terms.
1. What LetsChat Is
LetsChat is a conversational companion app designed for friendly text and call-style conversation. The app may provide different access levels, including Free, Pro, and Premium plans.
2. Important Safety Disclaimer
LetsChat is for friendly conversation and companionship only. LetsChat is not a medical, emergency, legal, financial, mental-health, therapy, or professional advice service.
If you feel unsafe, unwell, or need urgent help, contact facility staff, family, emergency services, or a qualified professional. Do not rely on LetsChat for emergencies, diagnosis, medication decisions, crisis support, or professional advice.
3. AI and Conversation Limitations
LetsChat uses automated language technology. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, delayed, or inappropriate. You are responsible for using your own judgment and seeking human help when needed.
4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Facility Codes
LetsChat may offer Free, Pro, and Premium access. Pro and Premium may be available through Apple App Store subscriptions. Premium or other access may also be available through facility access codes provided by a participating facility or by LetsChat.
- Pro: intended to include unlimited text conversations, without Call Mode.
- Premium: intended to include unlimited text conversations and Call Mode.
- Facility codes: may unlock access for a specific device, user, facility, or time period, depending on how the code is configured.
Access features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
5. Apple App Store Billing
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Apple’s terms and payment policies apply to App Store purchases.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your iPhone or Apple account settings. The app may include a Restore Purchases option to restore active App Store subscriptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LetsChat. You may not use the app to harass others, break the law, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with the service, or use the app in a way that could harm another person.
7. No Guarantee of Availability
We work to keep LetsChat available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect performance, or error-free responses. Some features may depend on device capability, microphone permission, speech recognition permission, internet access, Apple services, or LetsChat activation servers.
8. Privacy
Your use of LetsChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
9. Intellectual Property
LetsChat, including its design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by LetsChat AI LLC or its licensors. You may use the app only as allowed by these Terms and applicable app store rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LetsChat AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on app responses, service interruptions, or inability to access the app.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page was last changed. Continued use of LetsChat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
